We had a very positive experience going through the process of buying a Minuteman Press franchise, thanks mainly to regional vice president Pete Scaglione. Pete answered all of our questions and did what he said he would do when he said he'd do it. Dave and Pete in Farmingdale were full of great information when we went through their training, too.We listed every question we could think of, no matter how small it seemed, and then threw 'em at Pete when we met with him. He'd answer them all and then we'd do it again the next time we met with him....and then do it again.He and virtually every Minuteman Press employee we met demonstrated they know buying a franchise is a life event for owners. They also seem to know that the best way they can be successful is to help us be successful. Pete has set the bar pretty high, but we expect everyone at Minuteman Press to keep living up to it.
