The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. The owner and manager was unbelievably rude to me. She had big blond hair and a horrible attitude. If you are smart you will not go to Minuteman press. I've been told the best print service location is on 56th Street. Much friendlier staff and they will not destroy your documents, or go behind a wall and openly talk badly about you to fellow coworkers, who were trying to calm her down. I was shocked at the way they talk to me after they made a mistake. Avoid this place. What horrible customer service, on top of having higher prices than the competition.

The owner/manger was incredibly rude for a simple printing and scan-to-email request. She was argumentative with me walking through the door - almost as if I was offending her by asking to pay for the services she offered. I was on vacation and did not have access to a printer/scanner and just needed something printed off to be sent via email. She could have named her price, I was just looking for some where to help me out. She acted as if I was some entitled jerk trying to force her to do something that was completely out of her normal practice even though they advertise these services. I was just terribly disappointed in the disrespectful manner in which I was treated; if I knew anywhere else to go for these services in ocean city I would have.

Minuteman Press is very responsive, friendly, efficient and cost effective. Our printing bills have been significantly reduced since switching to their services. High quality at a good price! And they deliver!! I highly recommend them!

Minuteman Press is a great place to get your business related printing done. I use them for my postcards, rack cards, menus and posters. LouAnn and her staff are very professional and they truly know what they are doing.
