I have nothing but praises for this library. Having utilized numerous libraries in NY, PA & NJ, the Monroe Township Library is a top contender.During the last 7 years I have come to enjoy this library so much, and am impressed by the design, layout of the space & the helpfulness of the staff. I like it so much that I take people who have come to visit us to my library so that I can show it off. Sitting in the magazine section is a special treat for them.

Excellent library with tons of good DVDs to borrow. Part of open borrowing network and accepts other Middlesex county library cards. Latest movies available for 2 day loan. One of the younger libraries with a nice floor plan. Staff are courteous and lots of programs geared towards mature adult population. Plenty of parking and after hours DVDs and book drop-off available. Shady area with picnic tables at front.

I love this library. Fairly new to Monroe, been going here about a year. A beautiful space, big, plenty of room to spread out, well stocked, and a very nice and helpful staff. Monroe is lucky to have a library like this.

Very nice well appointed town library. Very nice reading area with working fireplace and comfortable couches and chairs. Large community room with many events and lectures going on. Excellent large reading selection. From children to adult. Very quickly can get you any book you want if not in their collection. Lots of computers and tables to sit at to read or work. Reading and study rooms. Large selection of movie DVDs. Lots of parking and very nice grounds. Also nice art exhibition room. Completely up to date with latest technology and with a very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable staff. Vaulted high ceilings. Lots of windows to let in natural light. A beautiful building as well as functional. Couldn't ask for better.

Visiting the gallery space, I was very impressed. The room was quite large, with high ceilings, and a wall of windows. Very nice.
