Has been having issues paying their publishers for 2 months now. Unacceptable... We have turned off their ad network on all of our sites till they send us our back payments.

Monumetric is a fantastic company that knows exactly how to do ads. I have no pop-up ads on my site. They don't do intrusive ads that make my viewers want to leave, before seeing what actually brought them to my site. The ads are family friendly, which is just what I want in a company. I am a full-time mama of 4 boys and family is important to me. Keeping my site clean, in all aspects, reflects how I try to live my life and raise my boys. There is enough garbage out there, I want me site to be a retreat from the trash that can be found online.I love all the employees that I have ever worked with at Monumetric! They are quick to resolve any and all issues I might have. To tell you the truth, they usually find the issue before I have even notice something is wrong. If I contact them with a question, I get a quick response. They care about me and their other costumers and I can tell they are passionate about what they do. That is very important!

I've used Monumetric for years for all of my sites. They are the only ad company I've worked with that really seems to understand the industry. I've also seen huge improvements with their customer service as it was a struggle for a little while, but it seems they are listening to the feedback from their customers.Unlike some other companies I have worked with who just throw on an absurd amount of ads, they give consideration to the user experience and try hard to make it so I still make money off my sites.
