This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company in all of my professional life. Nobody knows anything! They never do anything they say they will do and you can never talk to the same person twice. You have to start all over every time you TRY to contact someone.

I was extremely excited when given the opportunity to work at MOOD on a 6 month contract. After working there for 2 months and having absolutely nothing to do (you heard me correctly...NOTHING TO DO FOR 8 hrs) Maybe 5 days out of that period did we have actual work to do. I asked the person that was in charged ..."Is there anything I can do...xerox. ..file....anything? She replied "not yet but at least you have a job". The entire project was unorganized and she barely knew what was going on so we just sat there...Oh yea it was 3 of us. We took occasional walks together around business to pass the time. After reaching out to my temp agency representative about my concerns, she then reached out to person in charged who then after that point began to treat me differently than the other temps. (ALL BECAUSE I WANTED TO WORK AND DIDN'T WANT TO SIT FOR 8 hrs doing absolutely NOTHING just because I had a job.) After being told week after week project is going to jump off...TO NO AVAIL! With all the cigarette breaks they took; you would think they had their S**T together considering the type of company they perceive to be.

We've been their customer for almost 10 years. We've never seen anybody to come and check on the equipment. All they've done during these years was.... they cut off more and more channels and kept raising the prices. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL AND ALL EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! The last drop was when we got another letter from them that informed us about their "hard work" and how they want us to pay $118 per month just for one unit (the second was disconnected for years) with almost no channels left.We called to canceled our service. Right away we were offered to keep BOTH UNITS FOR $70 PER MONTH...... but we already made our final decision, so we went ahead and canceled our service. At the end of the month we got another bill. We called and asked what the bill was for, and they told us that they don"t care when we called and canceled our service, they didn't recieve the canceletion notice till now, so we have to pay for another month no matter what!!!! Also when we asked why did we overpaid all this time, the Lady laughed and said that the way the business supposed to be done is ... YOU ALWAYS HAVE BETTER DEALS BUT YOU DON'T TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEM!The last but not least, we tried to cancel their horrible service a year ago but THEIR SNICKY CONTRACTS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ITSELF every 12 month. AS SOON AS YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH MUZAK, THEY ARE GOING TO RAISE THE PRICES AND YOU WILL BE OVERPAYING FOR YEARS! Then it will be a time for you to renew your contract and they will give you much better deal but after you agree to renew, they will rase the prices again. This is exactly what happened to us...
