If you like disappearing ink that comes off in the wash then this is your printer. Ruined the customer supplied blanks. Charged my card without authorization. Never reimbursed me for the customer supplied product he destroyed. Mark has sent two bill collectors to collect on a bill for printing he did not complete and the printing he did do was a complete disaster. He admitted to having "Maybe used expired ink." I was never reimbursed for the blanks he ruined.

The owner Mark Taglianetti had me pay him up front for the printing on my merchandise. I found out he never printed on them and was never going to. He also had me pay up front for towels to print on. He NEVER bought the towels and he had no intention on ever getting them. He scammed me. I had to give him 1 star in order for the post button to open. He does not deserve this star

wow!! MOOK really helped me out when I needed some custom artwork digitized and put on a small number of T-shirts. The staff was kind and helpful, and I got what I was looking for. Their “direct to garment” process is rapid and exact. Anyone can wear designs that they LIKE and WANT.Artists and creatives should definitely check this place out!
