Starting out, we were uncertain if the Discovery investment would be financially beneficial to EHM. We were in desperate need of a “face lift” in terms of our website design and content, and the Discovery process enabled us to think outside-the-box and communicate on each employee’s ideas, strategies and recommendations — which any company would benefit from. We quickly dove into certain areas and avenues that we would have been incapable of pursuing on our own and acted on plans that fully maximized our resources as a small business. We enjoyed the entire process and looked forward to each upcoming phase. MCM's outside perspective and expertise allowed us to execute a creative new vision for EHM. They revamped our online presence while staying true to our client-relationship roots.
