This branch is absolutely amazing! The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful! The moment I walked in they greeted me and were there to help me! I came in for one loan and walked out becoming a full MACU member with two auto loans, a checking and savings account as well as rolled all my credit cards over. I dealt with the branch manager Amy directly, who with out a doubt was incredible!! Amy was informative as well as attentive to my needs. She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed! My experience was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more greatful for Amy and her team. Seeing how Amy interacted with her team and how up beat her team was I will definitely be coming in to visit more often! Thank you MACU Stansbury Park!

I worked with Amy on opening just a basic account. She understood quickly my needs and what account options would be most advantageous to me and patiently took the time to set up my account and get me rolling on MACU mobile apt, despite going beyond closing time. I highly recommend MACU (specifically, Amy at Stansbury Park location) for your financial services.

I have been into the Stansbury branch as well as the branch on 5600 west, and everytime they treat me amazing! Super friendly bankers and loan officers. AMAZING customer service by both branches. We had been with a "bank" for close to ten years before switching to a Credit union and it was the best decision. So friendly and always willing to help. The Branch on 5600 West is super busy, but they always have workers and managers that will assist you and let you know that they will be with you as soon as they can. I just like the fact that they notice you when you walk in.

Wait in the drive threw to pull money out and had actually ask for my cards back because they took too long . Very irritating need more people when you have 3 cars in your drive up windows.

Went to my Tooele branch MACU for a car loan (pre-approval?) and Maddie was super helpful !!! Great customer service !!! Got to the car dealer and gave him my MACU application number when it was time to do the financing and it was a breeze. Called Maddie real quick for info and she even got me a lower 2.74% !!! Helped make my truck purchase a low stress buy. Thanks again Maddie.

I was with Bank of America for years but then moved to UT and that bank isn't out here. I also divorced and switched banks. I choose this Credit Union because it is close to my home and I LOVE it!! Never had a problem. Super great customer service and happy people. Easy loan process, great online banking. I just signed my kiddo up for her own checking and saving account.
