Sorry but this company has the worst customer service from the realtor end I have ever experienced. The realtors do not return your phone calls and that is if you can actually even get one who wants to work with you. If you are looking to buy on the lower end - you will be ignored by the realtors as far as personal calls or email correspondence goes. You will get all the auto replies you want until you are sick of seeing them and you will get the listings sent to you - but that is as far as it will ever go with these people. The customer service person Kristy is the only one who follows through. Those realtors could learn a thing or two from her.

My wife and I bought our house from a Mountain Sky Properties Realtor in 2017 and we could not have been more pleased! They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience possible. As first time home buyers, our agent made sure we had the information we needed to make this transaction as smooth as possible. I will certainly go to them for any and all of my real estate needs in the future.

Chris Fox did a lot of things well: quick responses, courteous, pleasant, and ultimately a quick sale. However, my negotiation terms which both my wife and I thought I explicitly expressed to him were evidently misunderstood by him. Certainly, our house sold quickly, but most likely it was because the listing terms made the house cheaper overall than I had planned. In the end, I think it might have cost me $2000-$3000. Had he prepared an expected closing cost statement showing the expect bottom line payout prior to listing the house for us, the confusion would have been avoided.
