Excellent Service, very accommodating and great under pressure with tight timelines etc. Special recognition needs to go to Jessica Cutcher... she is by far the BEST at what she does there, I'm a long time customer and have worked with many people there in her position.. they've all been good but Jessica is truly on another level, I just hope she is as valued by Mspark as she is by the customers she deals with cause she truly deserves to be!

I have been working at Mspark for over 2 years. As an employee:I say it is a great company for those that are used to a sales environment and able to perform with low supervision. Great people all around any position in the company, lots of support to Account Executives, growing company, one of the best work life balance sales positions I know.As for review of the company:The company offers lower cost mail marketing compared to lots of companies. They offer a one stop shop in designing, printing, and mailing for businesses around their market. I have establish long-term relationships with all types of companies that are still doing business with us because they see a positive impact in what we offer. One of the things this company does very well is they tailor each mailing program to the type of business and their audience. They are able to pinpoint the best geography of where a particular client's prime potential customer lives, and directly mail a particular message to that specific household.

This company is a joke. In 2017 I signed up for three advertising spots and was told they were secured. The representative that normally assists me with my advertising was laid off (which isn’t a huge deal) I then get a call from a different respresentive (not going to leave names because he was polite) saying that my dates were NOT secured and the price went up.I’ve emailed him 6 times and called and left 4 voicemail on his phone, NO response. He also asked me for my previous contract I had with the laid off representative. Wouldn’t your company have that on file?!? Talk about unorganized.

I would highly not recommend using their ad services. My parent's used their ad services for their restaurant and received very minimum effect. When they checked their mailbox for their ad, they weren't able to locate it. They also received only 2 coupons from customers when they paid for 18000sheets of ad in a week. Abysmal result, horrible customer service, beware!

Lack of rejection communication from the hiring managers is astounding. Multiple different positions I have applied for and watched as they were filled on LinkedIn with no further communication after the application. Though I see a plethora of company events, team building and awards this company has had a lot of turnover in HR and Talent Acquisition this year. To be advertised as such a great place to work the lack of respect for outside talent is staggering.
