When I started my new office, I created a budget friendly website, and committed to managing our social media ourselves. It didn't work. We invested a lot of time and energy, but got mediocre results. We could not get more people to like and follow us on Facebook, and despite asking patients to review us on Google, our reviews had stagnated. I discovered My Dental Agency after reading an article by Jacky in the AGD newsletter. We had a phone conference, at which time Jacky and Shawn outlined the program. Their ideas and strategy made sense to me. Their knowledge and analysis of marketing in today's on line environment was way beyond my level a ability. They offered a complete unified marketing plan, something I had never been able do on my own. That's when I realized I should stick to doing dentistry, and hire a professional to do my marketing."The Agency" does all the hard work for us. They consistently manage and post to my Facebook page. My existing patients receive interesting e mails with just the right frequency to keep in touch, but not be annoying. New blogs are written regularly, which I never had time to do. They created a professionally produced office video that not only introduces the office, myself and the team, but includes touching, heartfelt patient testimonials. I am proud to include this mini documentary on my website. In just three months, my Google reviews have increased from 25 to 66.The results speak for themselves. New patients all say when they searched online, my reviews were the best they had seen
