NB&T made a 2” round ornament as a favor a 50th wedding anniversary. They took a scanned 50 year old photo of the couple and perfectly transfered it to the ornament. On the flip side they lasered text flawlessly! The representative walked me through the process of how to submit all the information and the required dpi. I highly recommend NB&T for any project in which they specialize. You will be very pleased.

this is a family owned company and take it personaly when you come to them with valid issues . they label you a trouble maker instead of fixing the issue . they continue bad saftey habits allowing workers to be on phones when it is a rule not to even have phones . if they really cared about employees they would look into the issues instead of firing good employees . they continue to have people get hurt and not even call ambulance cause they dont want to report it , now this girl has to live with a scar on her face. not to mention they have an amputee there as well because they didnt take head with a supervisor and a co worker flirtting around . but the worst is the knowingly have workers there that leave at lunch and chug a few beers and come back to work , they smell the alcohol on them and nothing is done about it. this is only a good place to work if you have no back bone or a voice for equality ....these people speak about being family and a team , well i have had complete strangers treat me with more respect than the owners of this company ....from the top to the bottom you all suck at management .....
