this is a family owned company and take it personaly when you come to them with valid issues . they label you a trouble maker instead of fixing the issue . they continue bad saftey habits allowing workers to be on phones when it is a rule not to even have phones . if they really cared about employees they would look into the issues instead of firing good employees . they continue to have people get hurt and not even call ambulance cause they dont want to report it , now this girl has to live with a scar on her face. not to mention they have an amputee there as well because they didnt take head with a supervisor and a co worker flirtting around . but the worst is the knowingly have workers there that leave at lunch and chug a few beers and come back to work , they smell the alcohol on them and nothing is done about it. this is only a good place to work if you have no back bone or a voice for equality ....these people speak about being family and a team , well i have had complete strangers treat me with more respect than the owners of this company ....from the top to the bottom you all suck at management .....
