The Administration staff, especially Betty, is kind, caring, & understanding but the communication in the hospital is poor to nonexistent. Dr St John should be taken off of the staff because he can't or won't communicate with heart patients or their family. His nurse is rude, inconsiderate, & condescending.

This hospital has nearly killed my brother. The nurses and staff are extremely rude and uncaring, and the doctors are incompetent in dealing with emergencies having to do with mentally ill patients. If a patient is not on the verge of dying when he or she arrives, the emergency team at NPMC will kick them over that line. My brother is more suicidal than ever after his mistreatment by these quacks. The state hospital Board of Ethics should examine their modus operandi very closely!
