I have personally only dealt with one representative at this location however everyone seems to be very kind at this location. I wanted to share my experience in regards to Lauren handling my inquiries. Since the very beginning we connected well and she was very personable when communicating with me to find insurance for not only myself but also my husband. Very patient and kind and seriously found us the most reasonable rates around. Again recently I found myself having to buy a newer vehicle in which caused an increase to our insurance and yet again Lauren didnt fail me and found us an even cheaper rate for both our vehicles including renters insurance & I am now also insured with my business through as well with her help. I would totally recommend this business to anyone and will continue to deal with her in regards to all my insurance policies.

This agent does not respond to customers. I have worked with nationwide for about 9 months plus and I have not received a good price or good service. The agent never completes what is asked of her and you will never get a response to any issue. No resolution. My cancellation of service was sent to collections after one month and while working with the agent. Never again will I seek coverage with nationwide.
