They have very poor service. I am in the middle of an issue where my insurance on a commercial building was canceled for a minor issue, which was rectified, yet this office never requested a reinstatement of the policy (pretty common practice) as I requested. But it gets worse. The underwriter returned my premiums to them 10 months ago according to documents they gave me, and I never received my refund. Now that I have brought this to their attention, they can't seem to understand their own refund policy and correctly calculate the refund.
