Ryan, my agent was very nice and polite. However, I had a very bad experience with this company and the commercial insurance company whom they sourced my insurance from. There were a lot of bookkeeping errors on the side of the insurance provider that cost me and my business a lot of extra money and time. I did not feel like the David Gould Insurance Agency cared about the problems that were occuring. I called several times and requested to speak with the owner David Gould and was denied the opportunity to speak with him. Also, I was told that David Gould would return my call to help me resolve the issues that were occuring and he did not return my call or try to make things right. I would not recommend this agency.
