Very unprofessional, they raise your rates every 6 months without telling you even after zero accidents or tickets. They are not willing to explain or work with this. I have heard others complain about these raises as well. When I went to cancel my policy because of the ridiculous prices, the lady was extremely rude and even hung up on me. I would not recommend this company at all

I erpriced insurance.... Geico beat them by 50-80%....after I advised my agent, they pretty much said....... Goodbye after 20+yrs

I have had Nationwide my entire life - no issues there. When my lifelong agent died, I was rolled over to this agency. They are terrible. I have called 3 times over the last several years, and I have NEVER received a call back from an agent to address any of my questions. I have finally hit my breaking point and switched agents.

I called because I received a $10 late fee plus a bank fee even though I had called the previous month to update my payment information. Apparently, the lady that took my info didn't update my automatic payment info. I called and the receptionist gave me an attitude and then hung up on me, I kept calling back and she would transfer my call to voicemail.When they got tired of ignoring my calls they answered and said they were having phone issues. I asked to speak to the person I made my policy with, and he wasn't available. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY'RE VERY FRIENDLY UNTIL THEY GET YOU TO SIGN UP THROUGH THEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Nicholas and Celeste are great, as is everyone associated with their location. Always set to save you money with the best value. I won't suggest any other place to go for all of your insurance needs and will never seek advice from anywhere else. Thanks guys.
