I was with Nationwide 10 years and recently left them. The auto rates are not competitive with todays market and the agency has changed hands and is now owned by Gary Sullivan. We moved our home and auto policies due to price and service issues. After cancelling our insurance they still drafted our premium a month later.

They have great people working for them a very good company and a welcoming atmosphere and I have no issues with my insurance they found me the rose policy so they sent me about $80 a month on car insurance

This agency is lacking in knowledge, leadership, and professionalism. I currently carry commercial policies with this group and constantly am required to contact them to get correct COI sent to clients and find it prudent to follow up and confirm the request has been completed properly as several clients have contacted me directly as the required forms were never sent or were inaccurate or incomplete.On two seperate occasions I have requested quotes for all personal home, life, auto, motorcycle, and boat insurance policies. Each time I have given a very reasonable time request of 30 days to quote all necessary policies. The only thing ever provided by this agency is excuses for not following through, never a single quote.
