We had shingles damaged during a wind/rain storm. Whitley sent an inspector the next day and he recommended replacing the whole roof. It was old and needed replacing so that was good news. They even recommended a roofer (Dave Powers) who was great. I couldn't have asked for better or more prompt service.

I had flood damage in my townhome, Mr. Whitley was the agent of record, 2 weeks after the flood my tenant left for good and not one call was returned from this office so I decided to call Nationwide myself and was stunned to learn that a claim was never filed. The colleagues in this office kept telling us that Nationwide is holding up the process. I was able to file a claim directly with Nationwide who reacted the next day by sending out an adjuster. They were quick but Mr. Whitley has the worst business acumen. Beware if you attempt to file a claim thru him, your agent is supposed to be on your side.
