Not good . My agent was always to busy for me and never returned my calls. She convinced me to sign up through progressive where i ended up paying close to $500 a month for an 01 Honda and a 97 Ford LIABILITY ONLY . After doing some shopping around I found a policy for $150 . I will never come here again.

Do not go here worst experience ever Donna did not want my business and Gave me every excuse to leave when she told me at 4pm oh is there anyway you could come in tomorrow early everyone leaves at 5 and we don't want to stay later I picked up my insurance paperwork and left their office DO NOT GO HERE

I moved to the MB area from out of state. I had all my insurance with Nationwide and was very happy with their service from start to claims finish. I called this Nationwide office twice to switch all my coverages, and never got a returned phone call. Went with someone else.

I contacted this office on many different occasions to try and get a quote for my home, cars and possibly getting life insurance. I left atleast 5 messages for someone named Hiedi and they were never returned. I called a final time and asked for the office manager or person in charge and was told that was Hiedi. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! That was the last straw, if your office manager can't return my calls and doesn't want my business thats fine. I do not know how you are still in business. I would never recommend this office to anyone until they get some competent employees to atleast be able to return someones calls.
