Had great service with this company till I decided to move to another insurance company. I was unaware of a cancellation fee (realize my fault as I should have read the policy terms better when I originally signed for insurance 6 years ago and did not). I did not realize I was essentially under contract. I was not told of this cancellation fee when I called to find out what needed to be done if I were to change insurances when I was investigating wether or not I was going to change insurances to begin with. My frustration is not with the policy - just wished there was better clarity with the customer service as I had called to go over how to cancel, what date to not have to pay again, and the steps I had to take. I wish they would have been more upfront when I called in about ALL of cancellation policies before I decided to switch.

I had trouble with my homeowner's insurance and Greg assisted me by correcting my policy and saving me at least $700.00 a year all within 20 minutes of my call.
