Been a Nationwide customer for quite some time. We were originally with a different agency but our account was transferred to Ransom & Associates sometime along the way. I hadn’t had to contact this agency until October 2018 when I called to check rates on a new vehicle I was looking at purchasing. The agent I spoke to didn’t really seem interested in helping me. It seemed more like I was bothering him. In November 2018 I had to file a homeowners claim. After having issues with the adjuster, I have called this agency several times and they are no help whatsoever. I am told they have no access to claims information and I am always transferred to the Nationwide claims dept. This might be the way Nationwide does things, but if you are looking for an agency that will help you this is not the one.Edited to add: I emailed the owner a week ago per the response on this review. Still no call from this agency.

If I lived in this area this would be the insurance company that I would use. I called to get a quote for my father and Misty was very helpful. The following day my father walked into the office and she greeted him like you would a friend. Misty has gone above and beyond what I have experienced before when dealing with an insurance company. Unfortunately my father had some problems, but the staff at this agency were so helpful and did everything they could to make things easier. This is the place to go if you want to feel like more then just a customer!!!! Thank you!
