Overall Feedback:

I've been a customer for over a decade and can tell you this used to be a great old fashioned local business to buy your insurance from. Now it's a predatory company that looks to make money charging you for any fee they can. After being a customer for over 10 years I had to cancel my credit card due to identity theft and switch to different card. Because this predatory company tried to charge the cancelled card and the charge was declined they charged me a $35. This is similar to the fraud charges bank of America was taken to federal court and sued for billions over. Nationwide pays absolutely nothing for a declined credit card charge, this charge is a predatory charge from a bottom feeding company that is looking to take advantage of people in needy situations.Save yourself the trouble, this is a corporation that doesn't care about you trying to disguise themselves as a local friendly business. I'll be cancelling my policy at the end of the month, hope the $35 fee was worth losing the $270 a month I pay you for 6 cars, because now your #1 competitor will be getting that money monthly.
