Randy Bowman Insurance Agency Inc. had been my family's insurance company for 25 plus years. Randy has always been polite, respectful and honest. He takes the time to answer your questions and guide you through the nightmare I like to call insurance. Randy Bowman and his team will be missed as our go people for Home and Auto Insurance. I wish they could write policies in Ohio. Randy, thank you for the many years of excellent customer service.

They had me signed up for sr22 for two years past my needed time. They just want the money. And then they tell me I can't file on it unless any car I'm driving has no insurance. That any parking lot mishap only applies to the cars insurance, not my sr22. Even tho I was driving, I can't use the sr22 if the car has insurance. Makes no sense.

Excellent Service and Policy's!!!! The prices are ate lower than many other Companies. My husbands Harley Davidson policy is only $20.00 I could not find any other provider that could even come close to that rate! Thank You Nationwide. You made this affordable. Also the office staff Laura and Travis you are wonderful at customer service. You are timely efficient and very pleasant to work with and speak to. You both deserve a raise. I have had my own business for 10 years and wish I had staff like Travis and Laura. You are both Awesome, Nationwide is blessed to have you. Keep up the Good work, thank you for all your hardcwiummmmmm
