THEY ARE STUPID LIARS! I refinanced a car from them while I was in WA and then I moved to CA, and after may be 6 months, they contacted me and told me they dont have my title. Since I dont have my title, I told them they may need to apply for a duplicated title since they are the lienholder. They said yes. And after two month later, contacted me again and said the same thing. I repeated myself and they said yes again. But days later, they send me the release of interest letter from my previous lienhold and let me give my new title in CA. I did and went DMV and DMV told me I need my old title. So I called, repeated the same thing and they told me they will request it asap. But a month later, they send me an letter told me they will increase my rate for THEY DONT HAVE MY TITLE. And I have to called WA DMV asking for the situation and THEY NEVER DID NOTHING! THEY HAVE BEEN LYING TO ME! This kind of service is not acceptable. If they need my help, whey dont the say? The only possible explanation is that they are trying to cheat me for my interest!
