I was insured with Nationwide for auto and homeowners for the past 2 years and when the time came to renew my contact I had to cancel my insurance as the prices were cheaper from another insurance. I called Ron Freeman and emailed him multiple times to cancel the insurance but I did not get a reply from him confirming that it was cancelled.I later received a bill from Nationwide to pay for the renewed contract which was supposed to be cancelled as I had got a new policy from another carrier. Since Ron Freeman didn't cancel all my policies as per the date I requested him to, I called the Nationwide Customer Service to address this and the customer service said it has been cancelled and I don't have anything outstanding on my account.The policies were supposed to be cancelled on 8/25 and the auto policy is still showing active as of 9/11/2018 with an outstanding amount of $409.61. I had to call the Nationwide Customer Services multiple times to get this resolved but still it has not been resolved and I am just so frustrated dealing with this. Never again I am doing to do be doing any business with this agent or Nationwide for that matter

Not only did they lower my insurance but Kayla Freeman even answers the phone on the weekends when I have needed her.
