We have stayed here many times. We were pleasantly surprised this time with the new look and newly upgraded rooms... Very nice and the beds very comfy! And the staff, as always, was very friendly and courteous. We will be back.

It was uncomfortable. There was no elevator. No staff if you arrive after 10pm. The shower was backing up the moment you turn the water on.
