I wrote a review before it was deleted I would like for anyone to know how bad I was treated . I was told to get insurance elsewhere because and error was on there part so they wants to blame me for it. I was ask by the John to just find insurance elsewhere if I am Not happy and i ask for a refund and he said we already provided a service so I said it want work like that and in my heart feeling disrespected because i gave you my business and they stick together even if you're right. They decided to cancel my collision so i would go elsewhere . I had to hunt insurance after being with this company for years it didn't mean anything because i had a conversation with one of the green pea managers in Raleigh it triggered down to John he join force with the wrong and it had nothing to do with him. He went on he say she say but that's business right. I will advise anyone stay away this insurance have certain customers they don't appreciate so if you're looking for honesty and great customer service this is not your place. This insurance company also was charging me 156 higher than anyone else and they suppose to be more competitive but certain people pays more. I know when cars get older your insurance suppose to go down my kept going up 30 years driving no accidents or tickets
