All of the women there are unkind. From my experience, if I don’t answer them right away they will talk to me like a do not understand the question. In a nut shell they are rude and impatient. The good thing about this place is the wait time isn’t long. This comment is only from my experiences.

Great location. There was no line so I went straight to counter. I was in and out in 10mins. The lady was nice even tho she kept to herself most of the time with little to no interactions which is expected. However they charge $5 for notary (had no idea that was a thing) and that too you have to pay cash so make sure you have cash for notary and don’t have to withdraw from the atm machine like me and oh $3 fee.

Incredibly busy every time I've been, BUT they do a great job of keeping the line moving. Their efficiency is super impressive, especially when compared with literally any other DMV or license office in the Charlotte/Concord area.
