When we were looking for someone to create a sign for our business, we had a few choices, but only really considered using Lindsay and Ryan. Having seen how they have grown their business and capabilities over the last handful of years we knew they would be able to handle anything we would need. Knowing they are always busy, we reached out to Lindsay as soon as we had figured out a rough idea of what we were looking for. Linday not only helped design our sign, but she also can be credited for a large part of our whole logo. She went through multiple options, colors and designs until we found something that we loved. Then she had to figure out a way to do a sign they had never tried before. Metal and wood, and just because, some LED backlighting thrown in for good measure. Fast forward a few months and we had a beautiful sign out front of our new business. It matched the style of the building, and the picture we had in our minds beforehand perfectly. Now, at some point over the summer, we had some issues with the finish paint and light kit. Here was a chance for our beautiful sign to turn into an absolute nightmare. We reached out to Lindsay to explain what was going on, and her reaction was "okay, let me talk to Ryan and we will fix this". They did some research, figured out what the issues were and went about repairing it. This included repainting the metal, and installing new lighting. A few weeks later we had our sign back up, looking better than ever. This type of customer service is why working with the Neathawks is a no-brainer. They stand behind what they create and look out for their customers.
