Overall Feedback:

I was insured through Nelson Brothers for about 15 years. Linda was my agent. When I recently needed a new quote, after an unannounced rate increase on my auto policy, Linda asked if I wanted her to get quotes from other insurance companies. I told her to do that, but I didn't hear from her again. I called on another matter recently, and spoke to someone else, and she was very helpful, but she finally had to refer my question to Linda. Again, no response. I'm now insured through Geico, and saving about $25 per month.
