You tell the staff your availability and they only call you with job offers that doesn't meet your availability schedule that you previously advised them of. They also reel you in with false jobs in your area only to let you know that they are full already, which their website says otherwise. Finally they offer you jobs with decent pay, send you to the interview, then offer you a completely different position with lesser pay and unreasonable work hours.
