Excellent service with LIVE customer service and support. The NeverBounce service was an accurate and helpful tool that quickly identified personal changes in our extensive directory database. We were able to launch our new online directories ahead of schedule and provide additional client services and support for our clients so they could update and add the additional marketing information to our new web portal. NeverBounce rocks!!I was struggling with a couple of old lists a client of mine provided and even after doing some cleaning my self, MailChimp’s Omnivore system kept rejecting them.I was 4 days behind schedule and I was about to quit on my client’s project and then I found NeverBounce after comparing prices and offerings with a few competitors, so I gave it a shot.I was surprised at how quick and effective solution this service is, the price is great, short process is easy to use and understand, the user experience was smooth and the results where awesome.15 minutes later, MailChimp was giving me the "High Five" successful sent message.I hope I never have this service again, but of course I’ll be glad to know these guys are there if I ever have email list rejection problems again.Thanks a 1,000 NeverBounce!!Walter G.
