I am surprised how Kenny Tessitore continues to check in and stay in touch even though I haven’t bought anything from him in 2 years! When I decided to purchase a product for a present this year, I requested a gift box (which was provided gratis!) but the wrong size box came with the knife. Kenny took care of it right away, and Customer Service immediately shipped a gift box (still free)via UPS - also free! I am amazed at this level of avid customer service.
