Very uneducated and made me feel like I was a nusense for being there. When I asked about the difference between what makes the price difference in litmans stethoscopes, her response was “some people like the more expensive ones, some people like the cheaper ones”. Clearly talking negatively as I left. Wish I didn’t buy it from this business. Won’t be back to this location.
