Some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman that I spoke with over the phone, at this New Lothrop office, had a temper and an attitude to match. She was short, abrupt, and rude. She made it VERY apparent that she closes the office at 5:00 pm and will NOT be staying any later to assist anyone. I would never think that someone could talk in such a rude manner to any of her customers, let alone a potential customer. All I was looking for was information for Home & Auto Insurance and she made it seem like I was pulling her leg off with the way she spoke to me. Not a surprise since a current customer of hers had forewarned me that she could be rude. I just didn't expect this... I get that running an office can be busy, but that is not grounds for treating your client base like they are a bother to you.I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you.
