Tim was a referral from a trusted colleague after consulting him of some critical challenges I was experiencing with a company that misrepresented themselves as web designers. They claimed to be but instead was outsourcing the work and were not designers themselves. A lot of money was already invested and nothing to show. Ongoing timeline delays with my webpage. Sadly to say that I met her in a reputable business group meeting. My biggest regret was "I wished I had met Tim Smith earlier." Tim was very empathetic to my plight since my request for his expertise was eminent to write the contents. The project was a piece meal arrangement and Tim patiently and willingly offered to have a look at the overview and offered his perspectives of how best to proceed working with what I already had. Numerous meetings were held, it is not easy picking up the shattered pieces from someone else's incomplete design. His attention to details, clarity, patience, humor and timely resolutions was great therapy of trust, a piece of mind for me. The bottom line was that he was able to listen, compromise, understand my vision and incorporate contents creatively and did an exellent job. With no hesitation I will continue to use his services including a redesign in the near future, and strongly recommend his broad expertise in this field of web design and contents - Liliana T.
