My experience with NOTL Vacation rentals and the owner Mark Dellamano has been nothing short of outstanding!!!!They provide a wonderful service and it was my pleasure to be hosted by such a caring team! 5 stars and I highly recommended them.They made my stay in Niagara on the Lake beyond amazing!Thank you!!!

I booked at stay at this house to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends for the Canada long weekend. Needless to say this was the worst experience I have ever had booking a place. I had contact with Mark the entire week before, even the evening before confirming check in time and where to meet. A group of us were all very excited to spend the long weekend on Niagara on the lake. We received a call as we were driving to the location that this property had been double booked and our reservation had been cancelled. When we called Mark to understand what happened he yelled at us and told us not to bother him; it wasn't his fault and he didn't care. I'm still not sure how he did not know two people were checking into the same place the next day, but it was the absolute worst customer service I've ever received. There was barely an apology or any sympathy that our planned weekend would be ruined. We explained we had guests coming from Ottawa, Toronto and London and he told us there was nothing he could do and hung up. When I reconnected with Mark a few days after the weekend to see if he had any information on what actually happened with this double booking, he again yelled at me and stated multiple times "the weekend is over, why do you care." I'm assuming he's never had his vacation derailed an hour before check in and even if it really wasn't his fault (something I find hard to believe), he could have at least put himself in our shoes. It is very strange for someone in this business not to have any customer service skills or compassion. I did speak to another NOTL employee, Cody, at one point and although he could not really help us he was kind and did feel bad about the situation. I would not rent from NOTL Property Management again in general and would warn others the same. It's not worth your trouble or the headaches that will follow. We also heard through looking on the internet and friends in the area that this has happened to this NOTL property management several times. Unfortunately since we never actually stayed at the location we cannot post a poor review on the website so hopefully this viewed by some! Again, stay away!!!

I have stayed in various properties Managed by this firm. They are professional, friendly and arm you with all the information need before arriving. They have the best Airbnb's and all the homes are immaculate! I highly recommend staying with them and using their services if you are looking for a Property Management Firm! A client of mine is expanding their Property Management business and it is my job to connect them with the best in the industry and set up cross referral systems. This business is at the top of my list because they have the most 5 star reviews but I don't just check the number of reviews. I read every one. If you are looking for a vacation property management company in the Niagara Region, these are the people to call.

( add: I did not and will not blame Mark for what he cannot do. In fact, I offered my understanding by canceling the service in good term with good faith. But Mark’s lacking honesty and integrity is not excusable. To publicly air this is to deflate Mark’s ego: Being successful does not warrant you the right to mistreat new customer in vulnerable situations.) The property management owner Mark is dishonest. Period. I googled his vacation rental service. With eager and delight I hired his service and made $2000 deposit, he appeared to be decent and trust worthy at the beginning, shortly after he made lots of excuses, no returning phone calls etc. sometimes straight out lies ( He said he was busy at the court, then I dropped by his office and seeing him sitting at his desk) ( there were two of his staff there too) ....lacking of ethics thus not fitting for serving the public). Ok eventually I offered to cancel the service in good faith. Mark refused to refund the $2000 deposit. If I quote Ghandi’s simple logic: Without honesty and integrity in treating one customer, how can he be trusted with complete honesty and integrity would with others customers. Plus Mark has been given ample time and reminder to correct his wrongdoings with me, instead he emailed me that his other customers send good reviews, hinting why would he care what I say! (Let the facts and our conscious be the judge, Mark! )

NOTL Vacation Rentals has rented our property and keeps the property in the greatest condition. He uses it as a Short Term Rental and obtains 5 star comments and keep his guests extremely happy. I sa the review from Ally and strongly disagree with her comments. While I do not know the situation, I can only say this company has never shown me anything but honest and upstanding, professional relationship.We will never work with another Management Company.
