( add: I did not and will not blame Mark for what he cannot do. In fact, I offered my understanding by canceling the service in good term with good faith. But Mark’s lacking honesty and integrity is not excusable. To publicly air this is to deflate Mark’s ego: Being successful does not warrant you the right to mistreat new customer in vulnerable situations.) The property management owner Mark is dishonest. Period. I googled his vacation rental service. With eager and delight I hired his service and made $2000 deposit, he appeared to be decent and trust worthy at the beginning, shortly after he made lots of excuses, no returning phone calls etc. sometimes straight out lies ( He said he was busy at the court, then I dropped by his office and seeing him sitting at his desk) ( there were two of his staff there too) ....lacking of ethics thus not fitting for serving the public). Ok eventually I offered to cancel the service in good faith. Mark refused to refund the $2000 deposit. If I quote Ghandi’s simple logic: Without honesty and integrity in treating one customer, how can he be trusted with complete honesty and integrity would with others customers. Plus Mark has been given ample time and reminder to correct his wrongdoings with me, instead he emailed me that his other customers send good reviews, hinting why would he care what I say! (Let the facts and our conscious be the judge, Mark! )
