Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. I paid in monthly withdrawals. Rate changed monthly. When asked why, they have no real idea and say it should be lower the next month to adjust. Never return phone calls. You have to keep calling until they answer. Had them for 25 years and hadn’t seen actual agent in over 20 years. If the owner can’t be there, she should at least have competent staff working, but there’s not. I recently changed companies and now they send me a cancellation notice if I don’t pay the bill they sent. I cancelled you!
