I have contacted for insurance and these folks have no respect for customer time and no intention of providing quote. They have asked numerous questions one after one for every time I followed up for quote.I gave up contacting them after wasting one week of my valuable time. I don't recommend this company to anyone unless they want to waste their valuable time. They should tell customers that they don't want to do business. it is not at all acceptable to waste customers time.

Can't even manage to look up a homeowners policy. Told me it was cancelled for non payment. Call the actual insurance company, low an behold i have a policy, it was paid for, and not cancelled. I have had to call the insurance company directly on more than one occasion because i can not get what i need from this office in a timely or accurate manner.
