Edited to add- I am not sure who the “owner” is that responded to this. Our who the “us” is I am supposed to reach out to. The entire district up to the superintendent and school board were aware of what happened to my child due to the investigation and not one of them cared enough to reach out when he was assaulted on school property multiple times or after the incidents were confirmed by the investigation to apologize for calling a 7 year old victim a liar but they want to reach out now that I left an honest public review? You all knew so I am not sure who exactly you expect me to “address my concerns with”. If you are looking for a school system that allows and encourages your child to be mistreated, will 100% of the time put the districts wishes ahead of the children, lies and manipulates parents and discourages parental involvement in their child’s education than this is the district for you! They don’t even have a PTA ( the PIE group is a joke they don’t even meet just run a FB page as a front and even when they did meet they had no actual influence except to make more money through fundraising for the district to waste!) or a legally required SEAC group because they don’t value parents. There are major safety issues and incidents that happen here that everyone just refuses to acknowledge. It’s a scary place with selfish, closed minded people running it. Especially if you have a special education student, Seriously, RUN to the next closest district before your child pays a horrible price like mine (and many others) have!

I've raised two kids through our school district and I've worked here for just as many years. I couldn't be more please with their education, opportunities and friends. Facility and staff have gone through a lot of disappointments and have persevered with honor.
