Very Bad customer service, one lady seat close to the front door was extremely rude! She yell at a customer said: "I don't give a dame...", because a customer tried to point out something she didn't like it!She is in a service sector, she should not has a bad attitude toward customer at all!

When you think of a DMV or tag and tilte office, you probably rather go get a tooth pulled. I'll be honest tho, the ladies that run this office are really honest and on top of things. Never had to wait any longer than 20 minutes, always friendly, always polite.

Great location and nice people, which is hard to find in any DMV agency. Long line when I went in yesterday but it moved extremely fast. Employees are knowledgeable and kind. I needed a titled transferred from out of state, and to pay the fees as well as get a plate. I was in and out the door in less than 15 minutes, and that includes the time I was waiting in line. Awesome!
