Feedback:

Very cheerful library.

Feedback:

Great place for kids!

Feedback:

Great library! Fabulous design on this building.

Feedback:

Staff was extremely rude to my husband who was just trying to do his work there due to a power outage at home. We pay hundreds every year in taxes to maintain this place with rude employees, terribly uncomfortable chairs and the slowest internet around. They obviously are getting paid to do nothing if they have time to ask my husband to leave for drinking out of his mug and then once hes outside they walk up to him to tell him he’s loitering!!! Absolutely inappropriate.

Feedback:

Beautiful remodel. Very spacious and lots of fun interactive things for kids and teens downstairs. I just noticed there is another parking lot and entrance in the back too which is nice. My kids find plenty of books every week to take home and read. Love the self check in and self check out features as well.

Feedback:

The remodel looks great. They have separated the library floors to focus on age-specific content. The basement floor is focused entirely to children, while the main level is focused to research and adults. The remodel is very welcome and the new library is beautiful! It's a must see!

Feedback:

Lack of Trust in Patron - I was notified that I needed to pay a $3.00 fee for a book that was returned and damage. When I visited the library to view the book that had been supposedly damaged, the Librarian drew my attention to a barely visible stain in the last blank page in the book. I was shocked as I could hardly detect the damage. I expressed that I had not damaged the book as I barely opened it. At which point she began to disagree with me stating that her staff always examine books before it leaves the library. When I stated that I had not checked the book out at this branch, she dismissively put her finger up in front of my face and said "okay, but just this once" What am I 2 years old? Such disrespectful demeaning behavior should never tolerated and I will be reporting this to the American Library Association. Most of all, I will NEVER visit this library again!

Feedback:

Staff locally and all the way up to the director of the library system have completely ignored repeated requests to protect the rights of the many by asking the few problem patrons to act as they ought in a public library. Staff refuse to address patrons whose children chase each other through the isles, threatening the safety of elderly who, with one fall, could break a hip or leg, a serious threat to an aged individual. The county will be sued in due time for negligence, and pay a hefty consequence, which means you, the taxpayer, will pay for their negligence. You can either wait and pay a large bill, or hold them accountable to bring order to the library.

Feedback:

This is probably the best library I've been to! It's well worth the visit. The staff members are always so nice to everybody!

Feedback:

Great selection, helpful and friendly staff!
