Working with Michelle was truly a life changing experience. We met at an Avanti peer group meeting in July 2018. I mentioned that I had recently left a large group practice with my 5 star team members to start my own periodontal and dental implant practice. I lamented to Michelle that over the years I had developed a different more gentle approach to patient care but it was hard to maintain that brand in the group environment. I now needed a consistent way to communicate these ideas in my new practice. This is where Michelle shined⭐️ She is extremely observant and genuinely cares that she understands you, your mission and brand. She spent time interviewing my team, patients, referring doctors and then with me to distill the information she received. This process allowed Michelle to help me revisit what was always important in my periodontal practice and helped redefine my core values as a leader. Before working with Michelle my team and I were not always consistent in how we represented ourselves and how we communicated with our patients and referral partners. After going through the strategic brand process and workshops we are much more cohesive with what we want patients, referring doctors and the general public to know about us. Now as team we are all on the same page and loving our new practice environment. We are building a brand with Michelle’s help that is authentic and honest to our core and vision. She is currently managing and advising our marketing efforts as our outsourced CMO and driving our brand and marketing initiatives forward as a true partner. I highly recommend Michelle!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
