I own a small business in the area (Rochester’s School of Guitar, if you want to look me up). I went to Michelle Robert’s of Novus looking for someone to assist me in fixing up my marketing strategies. I enjoyed Michelle’s honest enthusiasm, interest and desire to help my business grow. I appreciated her asking for transparency (Asking her clients to tell her if something is wrong or if they’re not sure about something) and the transparency of her own work. I find this to be a rare trait and it makes working with Michelle much easier. I definitely got more value than what I paid for and would be happy to work with her again in the future.
