Have been trying for a week to get insurance certificates sent to customers. First it was an e-mail issue. So I said send them to me. They sent me the wrong companies certificate. There is a difference between the words Turf and Upholstery. Now this is a secretarial issue. The agent is always willing to help. And is very good.I am adding to my review, the problem has been taken care of. And, very quickly.
