ODI designed my website and made it E commerce. They also host the site for me. They explained how to change small things on the site so that I could do it myself. They also handle offsite backup for my business which gives me peace of mind knowing that I will not loose my critical files. This is an extremely unreliable and unprofessional company. I hired Tim Hudson to create and host my business website. My experience with him has been that he is unethical, and unprofessional. Firstly, the website designing and creating team was late in completing my website. I was paying for the hosting of the website, however the site was unavailable to the public because the team was still creating my website. I continued to give them business, for a total of 14 months. At 14 months I was unsatisfied with my service and decided to discontinue services with them and switch to a new host. Tim however, stated I would need to pay out for the rest of the year, which is absolutely no where in the contract. He then refused to release the website I paid for. Tim and this company have costed me thousands of dollars, as well as a loss of my own business sales, due to him holding the website. This lack of release was also no where in any contract. Not only are their practices unethical but wrong and frustrating. My advice to potential customers: Do not give this company business. Sincerely, Ed R.
