My husband had to renew his driver’s license. He wanted the new compliant license. Kristi is such a sweet lady. She helped my husband thru the process in a positive, helpful, efficient manner. She was patient and kind and made the experience an easy transition. She is an asset to the office.I sure hope I get her when it is my time to renew my license.

Generally my experiences with the BMV have been positive, however on January 2nd, I tried calling to determine if they were open, prior to driving down and there was no voicemail . It appears that the number published online is potentially a fax line as after ringing for about a minute it simply turns into a loud beep. I assume they are not open but would love a message telling me that that is the case.

I was recomended by another customer that does all of her dmv business at the New Lexington location. The reason that she gave me was "the representatives are very knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help you". I called them first to make sure that I had what was needed. The customer service that I received over the phone was very warm. Dealing with a DMV/BMV is always so tiresome and not with out stress. When I arrived, the customer service that I received was, well, I was WOWED....knowledge / smile / in and out in a timely manner. This is my go to office going forward.
